The Beneteau Swift Trawler 48 is a mid-range passagemaker conceived for practical, easy long-distance cruising, combining a semi-planing hull with generous exterior and interior volumes. Her slender flared bow and optimized hull form are designed for efficient, predictable performance, delivering over 600 nautical miles of range at displacement speed while maintaining reassuring seakeeping in a variety of conditions. Stainless framed teak-slat fashion plates echo the styling of the Grand Trawler 62, giving the 48 a contemporary, purposeful profile.
On deck, the Swift Trawler 48 offers a wealth of outdoor living space. A wide, protected starboard sidedeck and aft cockpit open onto a large swim platform, which can be specified with a hydraulic lifting system for tender handling. Above, the expansive flybridge of around 20 m² features a large dining area with wetbar, transformable co-pilot seating with multiple forward-facing positions, and a generous adaptable aft area, complemented by an optional T-top with sliding sunroof. Forward, an optional sunpad with lift-up sections creates a comfortable seating and lounging zone on the foredeck.
Inside, Andreani Design has rethought the layout for extended cruising, with a fully equipped L-shaped galley aft, a raised U-shaped dinette forward that converts into a double berth with privacy curtains, and a professional helm station with super-wide side door for easy docking. Below, three bright cabins sleep six in comfort: a forward owner’s cabin with en-suite bathroom and separate shower, a port guest cabin with twin berths convertible to a double and direct access to the day head, and a starboard guest cabin with transverse double berth and ample storage. Joinery is offered in Alpi Teak as standard or optional Alpi Oak, allowing owners to choose between a warm or lighter interior ambiance.
